How about last week. Unlucky to lose against Chelsea in London and beating Manchester United at Old Trafford. I wrote something somewhere about half way through the first half that it wasn't exactly end to end stuff, but we were definitely in it. And on balance, we deserved to win.
That is a little harsh and if you were to only listen to Ole Gunnar Solskjær our goal was offside and how we prepared for the penalty was wrong. But Ole Gunnar Solskjær went to the Sir Alex Ferguson school of football management, he just didn't finish school. Manchester United are not what they used to be.
We won because on the day we were the better side. We were the better side because we played like a team. They didn't. And when push came to shove, they lost their head.
This is a quick post so I don't forget and so I can share the chart. The chart is very interesting, because we are exactly 8th. It's where I think we will finish the season and I think a very good sign of progress. And I'm sorry this is a quick post, but I'll be back later in the week. It's just hectic.
