Hull battle, the Holte End and a possible unfortunate accident

It's that time of the week again, we have a match coming up and three points are on offer and I know, but we could win and our Premier League survival could be confirmed. You never know, stranger things have happened and this is football.

And we're not going to go down although it really could be a very interesting week. If games were to go against us at the weekend i.e. we lost and Cardiff, Fulham, Norwich and Sunderland won, there is every chance I'd shit my pants.

But it has been a long time since I did that and it would take something quite remarkable for it to happen again. So moving on from one unfortunate type of accident, to another, The Clowns could be relegated this weekend and that would make me smile, only because that is what clowns do.

Holte End

So, we'll look at the match a little later in the week, today I thought I'd tell you about something planned for this weekend and it's not pictures of the players happy in training or examples of stating the obvious.

It's a campaign, not sure where it started, but it's called 'Get The Holte End Back' and aims to recreate the atmosphere of old and coincides with the 20th anniversary of the Holte End coming to an end. Plans are basically everything, so if you're going to be there, might be a good time to get involved.

Think it's fair to say that the players might need a little encouragement on Saturday, they've looked pretty disinterested of late. And on that, I'm off. It was only a quick post to get things moving along. Is there any real news about Villa I'm missing?
